Residential & commercial land
Land and plots
in Lucknow, with the papers checked first.
Every listing shows its LDA layout sanction and UP RERA number where one exists — and we don't publish it until a lawyer has traced the title.
Full record chain
Khasra, khatauni and every past sale deed traced back by a property lawyer — so you know who owned it before, and that nothing is pending on it.
Seen on the ground
A manager stands on the plot, walks the boundary against the map, and photographs the road, the neighbours and what's actually built around it.
The real price
You're told what plots in that pocket are closing at, not what the seller is asking. If a price is inflated, we say so before you visit.
Straight dealing
One manager from your first call to the registry. No fee from buyers, no second broker appearing halfway, nothing added at the last minute.
Where people are buying
Plots for sale, by locality
Each area page carries live listings, the current rate range, and what the road and civic work actually looks like right now.
Plots in Gomti Nagar & Extension
Lucknow's established address — LDA schemes, gated plotted layouts and resale plots in Vipul Khand, Vipin Khand, Sector 4 and the Extension sectors.
Sultanpur Road
The Shaheed Path–expressway stretch, where most new plotted projects are launching.
Bijnor Road
Approved layouts at lower entry prices, close to Kanpur Road and the ring road.
Faizabad Road
Ready civic infrastructure and steady resale supply along the Ayodhya highway.
Raebareli Road
Near SGPGI and the medical belt — plots bought as much for rental as for building.
Kanpur Road
Older colonies and LDA schemes along the highway, with resale plots close to Alambagh and the airport.
Sitapur Road
Smaller plots and farmland-edge layouts on the northern corridor.
Commercial land in Lucknow
Highway-facing and market-adjacent plots for showrooms, warehousing and mixed use.
Mohanlalganj
Larger parcels south of the city, mostly agricultural conversion and long-hold buying.
Rate report
What plots actually sell for in Lucknow — locality by locality.
Asking prices and closing prices are not the same number. We track what deals are closing at across the corridors we work in, and tell you before you visit.
How it works
From enquiry to registry
We are the advertising and lead platform. The ground work is done by a UP RERA-registered field team.
You tell us the area and budget
One form, two required fields. Your enquiry goes to the manager who covers that corridor — not to a call centre.
You see only what fits
You get a shortlist with the layout sanction, RERA number where it exists, and the title status stated plainly. Site visits arranged on your schedule.
Paperwork before payment
Our lawyer's title report goes to you before any advance. Registry happens at the sub-registrar's office with our manager present.
For sellers & developers
Have a plot or a project to sell?
Individual owners list free and pay only for enquiries we send. Developers and plotters take a paid slot on the locality page their buyers are already searching.
Questions buyers ask
Before you pay an advance
What does an LDA-approved plot actually mean?
It means the layout the plot sits in was sanctioned by the Lucknow Development Authority — roads, plot sizes and land use are on an approved map. Approval attaches to the layout, not to a single plot, so ask for the layout sanction number and match your plot to the sanctioned map.
Do I need a RERA number for a plot purchase?
Plotted developments above the size threshold must be registered with UP RERA. Where a project is registered we display its number so you can verify it yourself on the UP RERA portal. Individual resale plots from a private owner are not RERA projects and will not carry a number.
How is a title actually verified?
A property lawyer traces the chain of ownership through past sale deeds, checks the revenue records against the khasra and khatauni, and looks for encumbrances, mortgages or pending litigation. We mark a listing title-verified only after a named lawyer has done this and dated it.
Which parts of Lucknow are people buying plots in right now?
Buyer demand concentrates on Gomti Nagar and its extension, Sultanpur Road towards the expressway, Bijnor Road, and Faizabad Road. Raebareli Road, Sitapur Road and Mohanlalganj see steadier, lower-priced activity.
Do you charge buyers a fee?
No. Buyers pay nothing to use the site or to be connected to a plot. Developers pay to list, and individual sellers pay per enquiry we send them.
