How quickly will someone call me back?
Within working hours, usually inside two hours. Messages left at night are answered the next morning. If you need someone straight away, WhatsApp is the fastest route.
Do I have to visit your office?
No, and most buyers never do. The manager meets you at the plot instead, and documents are shared over WhatsApp or email. The office is there if you'd rather go through papers in person.
Which languages do you work in?
Hindi and English, spoken and written. Documents and title reports come in English, and our managers will walk you through them in Hindi if that's easier.
