For owners, plotters & developers

Sell your plot
in Lucknow —quickly, at the right price.

Most plots don't sit unsold because nobody wants them. They sit because they're priced off what a neighbour once asked, and shown to nobody in particular. We fix both.

Free to list Your number stays private You pay only after registry

Sell your plot

Two fields are enough to start. The manager who works your area calls you back — usually the same day.

Free to list, and nothing to pay while it's listed. Brokerage of 2% is due to your manager only after the sale is registered.

Two ways to list

One plot, or a whole layout

Owners selling a single plot and developers running a project need different things. So they're priced differently.

Individual owner or resale

Sell one plot

Free to list · 2% brokerage on closing
  • Your plot appears on its locality page, where buyers for that area already land
  • Photographs and boundary details captured by our manager, not asked of you
  • Enquiries are spoken to first — you hear only from buyers with matching budget
  • Your phone number is never published
  • Brokerage only after registry — nothing upfront, nothing if it doesn't sell

Rent a locality slot

Monthly · Featured or Standard placement
  • A fixed slot on the locality page your buyers already search by name
  • Featured slots sit above the fold with project photographs and a booking form
  • Every enquiry from that page routed straight to your sales team
  • Monthly traffic and enquiry numbers for the page shared before you commit
  • Project name, approvals and registration number carried on the listing

What a buyer sees

Your listing, written the way buyers actually decide.

Size, price, road width, and what's already built nearby — the four things every buyer asks in the first minute. Answered on the card, before they call.

The checked marks appear only after our lawyer and our manager have actually done the work. That's why buyers trust them.

Speed and price

What actually makes a plot sell fast

Three things decide it. None of them is luck, and all three are in your control.

01

Priced off real closings

Not the neighbour's asking price. We tell you what plots in your pocket actually registered at last month, and what your number does to your waiting time.

02

Shown where buyers look

People search by locality, not by portal. Your plot sits on the page for its own area, which is where the buyer for that area lands.

03

Papers ready before the buyer asks

Most deals die at the document stage, weeks in. Our lawyer reads the record chain early, so a serious buyer has nothing left to hesitate over.

How it works

From your call to the registry

You do the first step. We do the rest, and you stay in control of the price throughout.

You tell us the basics

Area, size, and what you expect. Two minutes on the phone is enough to start.

We come and see it

A manager visits, walks the boundary, photographs the plot and the road, and tells you honestly what that pocket is closing at.

It goes live

Your plot appears on its locality page. Enquiries come to us first — we speak to every buyer before passing them on.

Papers, then registry

Only when a buyer is serious do we ask for documents. Our lawyer checks the chain, and the registry is done with our manager present.

Papers

What we'll need — and when

Nothing is needed to list. Documents come into it only once a buyer is real.

To list

Nothing at all

Your name, number, the area and rough size. We build the listing from our own visit.

When a buyer is serious

Ownership record

Your sale deed, and the khatauni or khasra entry. Our lawyer reads the chain — you're told what it shows.

At registry

Identity & dues

Aadhaar, PAN, and the latest tax or dues receipt. Our manager is at the sub-registrar's office with you.

Questions sellers ask

Before you list

What does it cost to list my plot?

Nothing to list, and nothing while it stays listed. Brokerage of 2% of the sale value is payable to your RERA-registered manager once the sale is registered — not before. If your plot doesn't sell, you pay nothing.

Do I have to give my papers before listing?

No. We list on your basic details first. Papers are needed only when a buyer is genuinely interested, so our lawyer can check the record chain before anyone pays an advance.

How do I sell my plot in Lucknow quickly?

Price it against what plots in your pocket have actually registered at, put it where buyers for that specific area are looking, and have the ownership record ready before a buyer asks. Plots doing all three usually get their first serious enquiry within a week or two; plots priced on hope can sit for a year.

How do I know I'm getting the best price?

You see the same numbers we do — recent closings in your pocket, not asking prices. We won't talk you down to make a quick sale, and we won't list at a number we know won't move. If a buyer's offer is fair for that area, we say so; if it's low, we say that too.

How long does a plot usually take to sell?

It depends far more on price than on the plot. Correctly priced plots in active corridors get enquiries within days. If your expectation is above what that pocket is closing at, we'll tell you plainly rather than let it sit unsold.

I'm a developer with a whole layout. Is this the same thing?

No. Developers and plotting companies take a monthly slot on the locality page their buyers already search, in either a featured or standard position, with project details and a booking form. Talk to us and we'll show you what that page's traffic looks like first.

Will my phone number be public?

Never. Your number stays with us. Buyers reach you only through the manager handling your area, after we've spoken to them.
